1. Order Acceptance

1.1 All orders are subject to approval and acceptance by CDP Express.

1.2 Full payment is required before production unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Artwork Submission

2.1 You are responsible for supplying artwork in the correct format and resolution.

2.2 CDP Express is not responsible for quality issues resulting from low-resolution, incorrect file types, or non-print-ready artwork.

3. Colour Accuracy & Print Variation

3.1 Due to differences in monitors, file formats, and print technology, colours may appear slightly different on the final print than on screen.

3.2 Our printer is calibrated regularly; however, we do not guarantee exact colour matches to previous orders or screen previews.  If colour matching is specifically required we strongly recommend this is discussed beforehand and a sample sheet printed for assessment.  A fee may be applicable for this.

3.3 CDP Express is not liable for minor colour variations resulting from technological upgrades or changes in colour profiles over time.

4. Reprints & Repeat Orders

4.1 Colour or output variations may occur on reorders due to printer upgrades, different substrates, or profile adjustments.

4.2 If colour matching is specifically required we strongly recommend this is discussed beforehand and a sample sheet printed for assessment.  A fee may be applicable for this.

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

5.1 As all DTF products are custom printed, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

5.2 If you need to cancel or request a refund for your order for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible. If work has already commenced on your order, or if time has been spent corresponding with you in relation to your order, an administration fee may be charged to cover costs incurred.

5.3 If there is a genuine fault in the product or print (eg misprint, incorrect design applied) CDP Express must be notified within 7 days of receiving the order.  Our rectification options include reproduction or store credit on future purchases only.

6. Minimum Order Quantities

6.1 CDP Express do not demand any minimum order quantities for DTF print supplies, however, all DTF printing is charged at per metre pricing (or part metre thereof).

7. Garment Compatibility & Application

7.1 Our transfers are tested on standard garments (eg cotton, cotton/poly blends, spandex, denim, leather, canvas and much more). Application results may vary on specialty fabrics such as sublimated, waterproof, or treated textiles.

7.2 We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect application settings or use on unsuitable garments.

8. Customer Responsibility

8.1 Your artwork should be a minimum of 300dpi (the higher the resolution, the better quality of print). If you wish to have a transparent background on your artwork, please provide it that way.

8.2 All gang sheets uploaded must have a transparent background.

8.3 Customers are responsible for reviewing proofs and details prior to order confirmation.

8.5 CDP Express is not liable/responsible for errors approved by the customer.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to use and reproduce all submitted artwork.

10. Force Majeure

10.1 We are not liable for delays or failure to fulfil an order due to circumstances beyond our control.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland and the applicable provisions of the Australian Consumer Law. By placing an order with CDP Express, the customer agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia in the event of any dispute.
